1. AGREEMENT & SCOPE OF SERVICE

Welcome to Azure Dragon ("Azure Dragon," "we," "our," or "us"), founded and managed by Milo Hall. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our bespoke custom apparel manufacturing platform located at azuredragon.pages.dev.

By creating an account, signing in via Google, submitting custom orders, or utilizing our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. APPAREL TIERS & TRANSPARENT PRICING

Azure Dragon provides direct bespoke apparel creation with zero hidden processing charges:

• Tier 1 — Bring Your Own Logo ($29.99): Upload your high-resolution PNG, vector, or badge design. Direct digital sublimation and precision embroidery.
• Tier 2 — Describe Your Design ($34.99): Provide your aesthetic concept or prompt. Includes bespoke studio drafting, heraldic concept refinement, and high-density textile production.

3. PRODUCTION COMMITMENTS & TURNAROUND TIMELINES

We take pride in rapid and reliable delivery windows:

• Tier 1 (Bring Your Own Logo): Dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.
• Tier 2 (Describe Your Design): Completed and dispatched within 3 to 16 business days to account for custom artwork generation, digital mockups, and client proofing.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTWORK OWNERSHIP

By uploading artwork, you warrant that you own or have valid authorization to print the imagery. Azure Dragon disclaims any claim of intellectual property ownership over customer-provided logos, family crests, or brand graphics.

5. QUALITY GUARANTEE & REPLACEMENTS

Every garment is crafted from heavy-weight premium cotton-poly blend textiles and individually inspected for stitch density, dimensional clarity, and color vibrance.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted contrary to your submitted proof, notify us within 14 days of delivery and Azure Dragon will manufacture and ship a replacement at $0 cost.

6. SCHEDULED & RECURRING DELIVERIES

Customers may enroll in scheduled periodic orders (e.g. monthly club delivery or team replenishment). Scheduled orders can be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time directly through your Azure Dragon Dashboard with zero cancellation penalties or locked contracts.

7. USER ACCOUNTS & DASHBOARD SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts or IP addresses that engage in fraudulent actions, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
